What can be returned?
You can return most items sold on Dr. Hermann’s Essentials within 30 (thirty) calendar days of your purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in the original condition in which you received it, including any original packaging and with all tags intact.
- You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that cannot be returned:
- We are unable to accept returns on items without the original packaging or proof of purchase.
- Unfortunately, some items may be excluded from our return policy. These exclusions will be clearly marked on the product page.
How to initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team by email at info@drhermannessentialoils.com or by phone at (484) 593-7064 to initiate your return.
- We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
- Securely pack the item in its original packagings.
- Return package to the address we provide.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.
- Shipping charges will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
Exchanges:
- Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
